I wish to know why my Broadband is very poor quality
I cannot check network status because, even though the Optus website show me how to connect to network outages, when i choose it, i get a message from optus saying that that url is incorrect.
We're currently upgrading our systems so the network status page is unavailable at this time I'm afraid. Tech Support are available 24/7 on 1300300041 if you'd like to give them a call to check. If no fault is found in your area, then they will be able to open a case for your specific connection instead.
