Optus Billing Sucks

Guys .. Customer service of Optus has gone down light years in the last 18months ...

 

I simply cant find my broadband bills ..

 

I cant give a feedback on their website - the form is frozen when it opens

 

I cant change from paper bill to email bill - keeps throwing account number is not in the right format, despite me entering the exact account number that is on the letter they sent out to me

 

SHAMEFUL SHAMEFUL SHAMEFUL!
