I recently switched (changed SIM cards) from prepaid to post paid Optus Bradband Internet. All works great! Still, my online account, which I created after the switch, seems to be showing my old pre-paid service (That one is still active although the SIM has been removed). How can I "switch" my online account to show my post-paid service?

You have to move your new account into the my account. This invariably needs chat to accomplish, since even if you could find the buttons to add service, it will give some kind of error.
Optus are in the middle of downgrading the functionality of their website.
