Just wondering if someone could help me out, i need to recover an old phone bill from a previous address, but im not a current optus costumer and can`t remember the account number or the landline phone number.

Hi @Paulhod, in order to bring up your bill / account we will need some account specific details to proceed. If you are not sure of the home phone number / account number then do you remember your broadband username (Optusnet email address)? If you opted for email bills then please double check for any old email bills you would have received.
