I was hoping that a Moderator may be able to assist with my question.
Twice now at different OPTUS Stores and OPTUS SHOPS, I have recharged $30 and the newest deal states I should have received 5GB each time. This is not the case. The previous recharge was at Hurstvilee Westfield OPTUS Store.
I had the OPTUS CSO access my account to ensure that I received 5GB. Only 4 GB showed up. That is twice now.
I admit that I should have gotten onto this straight away, so I take the responsibility. I have just checked my data balance out of 4 GB and I have a balance of 1.16GB.
As I dont' think I could be reimbursed for the 2GB of data I thought that I purchased for $30 each time, the next time I go to recharge with $30, how will be able to receive the 5GB as stated in the OPTUS advertising and which is also on their website.
I have been with OPTUS for wireless broadband prepaid for about three years now. I cannot remember if I had changed my plan anytime throughout.

I am having trouble loading the link that you included for me to provide my full name, telephone number (wireless broadband) and date of birth. As this page would be public I won't provide those details here. This post is to let you know that my NOTEBOOK is taking a longer than usual processing time to load the link. Please be patient with me and I will make another attempt if not tonight, then sometime tomorrow. If I go into an OPTUS SHOP, will they be able to do the same procedure that you have requested of me, when I give them the same information?

In that case, just click on my name and then "Send private message". Optus shop representatives are not specialised in billing or recharges. They will refer you to the call centre anyways. No rush, when you are ready just send us your detail through.
