How many customers are having issues logging in to their My Account or their Email.
Password or Username failed?
Also, are their any customers having problems trying to retain their email address? Unable to log in, password not working?

Put on NBN in April.
rECEIVED account today for july and August for Bundle plus some FETCH (which had never received a charge pre NBN ) .
However received an email from "Customer.email@example.com' which amounst other thigs said
"we are expecting our first charge on our NBN service on October for a $90 plan since you are provided the 6 months free NBN free service.
' It also said bills would be emailed, yet this one today was posted.
That's strange @Jonodd, did you receive a $2.20 charge for receiving a posted paper bill?
