Did they give you an appointment date? They are most likely waiting on a contractor/wholesaler to connect you.  A couple of weeks can be normal for ADSL.  Have you followed up your order? I'd suggest chatting with the live chat team at http://yesopt.us/chat2us and see if they have a connection date organised.
