Did you recently port to Optus?
If so you would be best to call 131344 and let them know of your issue as what sometimes happens when numbers are ported between carriers the losing carriers porting table is not updated and then your calls from their network are sent through to your old settings hence noone able to get through to you
If not then still calls faults as they will need to look into it further as porting is the only issue I can think of that might be affecting your calling in this manner
