Hello, I havent received an email bill for my Broadband account since March. Can someone from Optus please look into this and fix it.
Also my Broadband account is not linked to My Account dashboard. Can this also please be sorted out.
No doubt the Optus mods could help you out with that however they may not see your post. It's probably best to speak with support on the live chat link below to get that sorted.
