Like others here, i am not receiving any bills by email despite having set up online notification and having spoken in store and on the phone with at least two Optus reps. Today I got an overdue notice by email but still no email bill. Optus, WHAT are you doing to address this issue???
Seems strange, @Babsi. Sorry to hear this has been an ongoing issue for you. Send through a private message with the full name, account number and DOB attached to the service and we'll take a look an ensure everything is set up correctly.
