Not receiving bill notifications via email




I have an Optus ADSL plan.


I have my account set up so that I recieve bill notifications via emal. I confirmed 10 minutes ago that the email address was correct, and the option to recieve bills via email was selected.


However I have never recieved an email notifiying me of a new bill. Not once. The only way I know if a bill is due is to log into my account and check manually.


I would really like this fixed, so I don't miss any bills and incure late fees.
