Hi I have a business email address with bigpond (###@bigpond.com) I can receive incoming mails but I am unable to send messages using this address on my Optus bradband service.
Is there a possibility to fix this?

Hi jg1, yes it does to be your outgoing server settings - which client are you using? May be best to contact your provider's support team in order to ensure you have the correct settings.
