I moved from IINet Naked DSL to Optus. Can't get an internet connection. Keep getting an IINet error page when using the Optus modem. Has anyone else had this problem? Was Optus able to fix? Seems like I'm getting the runaround from Optus.
BTW, i still get internet via IINet when I plug in the IINet modem. Has Optus not fine my connection properly?

ADSL2+ and the power, ADSL and Internet lights are on. But when I try to use the internet, I get diverted to an IINET page about my credentials being wrong, not an Optus page.
I'm confused because the Optus sales guy said that Optus would handle the porting.
