I have done all the things required on the troubleshooting page with no success. Tried to contact the live chat help person, no longer active. Tried calling optus... waiting times over an hour, on a mobile that runs up the cost of the call. Please can someone make contact with me.
I knock but no one is home to help me.
I completely get that sitting on hold isn't an ideal way to spend the day, but due to the volume of enquiries and the impact to our contact centres, there's not much we can do about the wait time right now.
Calling up is still the best way to resolve a critical fault enquiry.
Call 133 937 > Ignore the 1st prompt > Select 3 for Home phone > Select 3 again for General enquiries
