No caller ID

After connecting to NBN home phone calls are showing as private number.  After repeated messages sent on Optus website message service and being told it was fixed, it hasn't been. Please help to get this resolved.

Just a heads up that we don't have access to customer accounts here on our public Yes Crowd page.
