No broadband connection

Hey Optus Yes Team,

We are on cable broadband and currently have no internet, we have tried turning the modem off and on again with no success. We have checked the Optus page to make sure there are no "outages" in our area (4170) and apparently there is no issue with that so I tried calling the help number but due to Covid19 no one can take my call, any suggestions as to why we have no internet and how we can fix this?

I've been able to find ticket - 22580373 . That was logged earlier on today.

There's a fibre break that's resulted in the loss of service for some customers on our Cable network.

Looks like we're organising a fibre team to go out and repair the break.
