Hey @adi78, how'd you go with this? Have you been provided with a fault ref # for your service?
There's been no substantial updates on the network ticket from our end, unfortunately 😞
The last # i was given is 18628576... But i also have #18612333. << I think this is the orrigional one and the previous one is the one i recieved last i was on the phone and selected to be notified about the fault....When i was on the phone to tech supp. They said that it was an ongoing fault/outage in the area affecting multiple customers.
I find it strange that they couldnt have pin pointed the issue after 5 days. Getting a bit ridiculous really...
Can anyone give me an update on this?
All appears to be working ok now.... Finally...We'll se if it lasts.
