No Caller ID

I have just connected to nbn and now my home phone is showing No Caller I D when I call out. Family are ignoring calls how can I have it turned back on

Hi

Online chat with Optus and they will set it up for you. It would appear this often happens when you migrate over to the NBN.

Caller ID is the number being displayed on your Incoming Calls.


If family are ignoring your calls out, sounds like you want Call Number Display (or both).
