Had NBN installed last Monday via Foxtel cable. Everything worked till this morning. Initially had phone but no internet. Turned off modem as per automated instructions. Turned on now have no phone either. Called Optus. This was at 630am. Automated reply to mobile with ticket number. Still nothing from Optus
optus what is happening. How do I talk to a human at Optus.

Optus has fixed my problem numerous times .
The problem is that every fix just lasts a few hours then I lose internet again.
So the answewr to the Moderators question is NO >THE PROBLEM IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING FIXED
