New SIM for new plan on Mobile Broadband does not activate.

Hi,

I've currently got two 500gb plans on my mobile broadband account because the old one hasn't been turned off and the new one hasn't been activated.

I'm currently stuck with 0.3mbs download on 4G from the old account which is absolutely deplorable for inner city Melbourne.

Anyone got any clues in how to activate the service?
