I'm trying to set the parental controls on my Netgear Router but all I get is this page saying I need to connect to the Internet......despite the fact that I'm already connected and every other page on the Genie App say that I am.
Any suggestions of advice will be appreciated.
Seems to be a wide spread issue according to the Netgear support centre and they have no immediate solution. It's stupid!
Many users have reported success by Resetting their modem/router and using the Genie application on another device.
I suppose you can try the same and see how you go..
