Netflix data being counted



I signed up to a $35/30gb mobile broadband plan and paid for the $5 per month Netflix/Tv streaming add-on when i signed up. Netflix streaming seems to be counted towards my usage and I am already over my 30Gb included data. I have verified that the TV streaming addon is activated on my account portal. Why would my usage be counted when it should be included?

Are you splashing the stream onto another screen (e.g. a TV?)

Is the data set to SD quality?

Have you recieved any "1Gb Data Top Up" SMS?

What does the Optus mobile say about which apps are using your data? 

Does the headline amount in the Optus App say >30Gb (not on the data usage breakdown screen, just the headline amount)
