Nbn technician never showed but status says complete

After taking the day off work to have my NBN installed I was given nothing bar 3 messages confirming the appointment and a no show. The status says complete but no one came! I ordered my plan which came with a modem on the 20th which also has not arrived!
Trying to sneak to someone has been impossible and the service for the NBN I'm not even on is just a joke !

HI @TimmyP, I'd really suggest our Social Media team for this one.


You can reach them on our Facebook or Twitter pages. They'll be able to go in and confirm the status of the activation. If a reschedule is required, this is something they can arrange for you. Worst case scenario, we can look at organising an Internet assistance kit. Our customer care teams are focused on prioritising critical enquiries.
