Have you had a chance to check our Network Status page for any faults or outages that may be affecting your service?

I would also recommend checking our NBN & Cable Home Internet troubleshooting page for some handy tips and steps that might help with restoring/improving your internet service.

If the issue persists, we recommend messaging us via the My Optus app.
