NO INTERNET CONNECTION
Using the Optus modem provided to me,
I am still unable to connect to either
Optus_027B6F or Optus_027B6F_5GHz.
“connection between my access point, router
or cable modem and the Internet, is broken.”
Please advise what action I need to take to
correct this problem. The otherwise, can Optus
take actions to arrange this overdue connection
requested 22/2/20 on my behalf. Your actions
would be appreciated.

Is this a new NBN connection? If so, have Optus you an SMS/email advising that the NBN connection has been activated?
