NO EMAILS COMING THROUGH!

I am no longer able to receive any emails out of the blue, since last thursday 19/3/2020, can anyone help please, can't get any help through phone as the wait is too long on hold at the moment...

How are you you accessing your mail (ie: through Outlook?) and is it your optusnet email address?
