NBN drop outs

Drop outs gave retuned with a vengeance. So frustrating. What alternatives are there other than mobile data?

Yes there was a fault being investigated in the Network Status Page. Now its been cleared I will wait and see if it returns.
My Optus app didn't work either so made contact via the online help form where concierge replied and reset my account. Thanks for the tip to use FB and twitter that was news to me.
