With Optus NBN and Fetch TV with home phone. I had a professional install and confirm connection and speeds. After two weeks of good coverage we've now had a week of dropping out. The NBN light mysteriously goes off especially during the evenings when we're at home and most need internet, tv and phone. Reset and restart constantly required, this resolves the problem, however, it can take 5 to 10 minutes to complete this process. Checked for local outages, none reported. This never happened with Telstra, what's going on Optus?
Check all the cabling is screwed in tight to all the boxes and wall.
