NBN Box beeping and Noone to take my call on any Optus line
Every 20 mins or so I get a very loud Beep from the NBN wall box and I cant speak to anyone on any number for service deficulties
and faults. All the numbers go around and around and direct you to do anything but speak to a real person.
Im so frustrated and to be honest Im angry because they are so fast to take my money and get on my back if the payment is late.
But how about helping me when I trying to call the many numbers from them ?
13344, 13345, 1800 780 219, 133937 , 1300 300 427
I only need one person to help me but I get Noone at all.. Im not after sales or bill help.
Im not after install, or telephone line help.
I need to talk to a tech to find out whats going wrong and why the loud and pearcing noise is happening.
