My telephone and broadband never worked since the service was activated. What should I do now?

I have contacted Optus support for this issue several times and booked a technician for a check. But the technician didn't show up as expected at all. It has been almost a week and I feel really frustrated.

 

Is there anyone have similar experience and how you solved the problem finally? I look forward to your suggestion. Thank you.
