my optus cable keeps dropping out, everytime I message on APP, the staff keep giving me the same anwser, line check, restart my modem etc... in the end put my case to the higher management level and told me they would contact me in 24-48 hours.
But, I never received any call from optus case management but the issue is still there. i have to restart my modem everyday.
Option 1 You could try calling Optus 133 937 ignore the Prompt to Press 1 and wait for the options.
I have read the wait can be a while.
