My optus cable keeps dropping out

my optus cable keeps dropping out, everytime I message on APP, the staff keep giving me the same anwser, line check, restart my modem etc... in the end put my case to the higher management level and told me they would contact me in 24-48 hours. 

But, I never received any call from optus case management but the issue is still there. i have to restart my modem everyday.

Option 1  You could try calling Optus 133 937 ignore the Prompt to Press 1 and wait for the options.

I have read the wait can be a while.

How long has the NBN been available in your area?

The Optus cable network is due to be torn down sometime soon. Its little wonder Optus are not spending a lot on trying to fix it or improve it. A lot of people report their long time stable Optus Cable suddenly gets slower and less stable when the NBN approaches.

You really should be looking to get onto the NBN sooner rather than later (what NBN technology does the link above say you are getting?)
