Who is your email provider?  Most have ways of recovering your account.

It is my Optus email account. There is no way of making contact with Optus. Live chat is down, phone assistance is "experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later", no other avenues of contact available.

- Full name on the account

- DOB

- Phone/account number

- Are you the account holder: Y/N

- Optusnet email
