My cable broadband is grinding to a halt every night and I can't speak to anyone at support about it

Is it possible to request a call back here?

 

The chat shortcut does nothing and there's an hour long queue on the phone,  my cable connection runs at 30Mb during the day while nobody is at home and 1-3Mb at night when we need it.  What is the point in that?

Are you on the NBN  yet? What suburb are you in?
