My optus app is not working. Unable to see balance or check usage for days. It says cannot refresh due to system issues, try again later. I rang customer service days ago, they said they would report it. Nothing has changed. Tried it in different iPad, still not working. Deleted and downloaded new app, still no access.
I'm sorry for the delayed response. If you're still unable to access the app, can you please send us a private message confirming your phone number, full name and date of birth? Also, we'll need to check what software version you're using and if you could send a screenshot of the error, this would help us when we raise an IT case for you.
