Am I the only Optus customer having this problem.
When I get onto the My Account web page, I don't see any data usage details (which is a problem as I'm on a fixed 30GB subscription). I just get a message saying it takes 4 hours to get the details (I used to work at Telstra...it doesn't).

No other customer responses so far so it may be an isolated issue.

This is unsatisfactory. Optus should be contacting me. I'll see if I can get onto talk back radio (3AW) and raise the issue there.
