I am trying since morning to log into my account but every time i try log in it says:
Try reloading the page, or click Back in your browser."
Can you guys please look into this?

I too am having the same problem. I reported this issue to "James" in customer service, who simply advised that they didn't have any reports of any outages so there was nothing that could be done. Optus never ceases to amaze with their "customer service"

For a month I have had issues with not getting past the dashboard page, so once logged in (which now accepts my own password) the page is opened that is the dashboard page. If I click the my account tab to the top right the page does nothing, but stays on the dashboard page. If I right click my name top right and select my account in this dropbox selection the my account tries to open with it looping in trying to get my information gooing round and round. Will not stop unless I close the browser. No change if I use a different browser, computer or even an Android Tablet with its browser. Was working OK but now I am not able to go to my account and update my credit card details.
I have had hours of chat sessions and I mean many hours and the problem is still there.
WHAT IS GOING ON ??????

So this issue occurs with every browser you use? Can you please send me a private message confirming your account number full name and DOB?
