My Account Problems

The MY ACCOUNT screen demands I link my Optus Services when I enter. It will not allow me to enter anything in this box. I also cannot go to Dashboard. After chatting to help and then to technical without success I then get a phone call back to say that this is a software problem and they need to fix it. They said they will call back - but after two weeks NOTHING. Any one got any ideas?

i would go and folow up thru them 133937, theres seems to be my account issue on their end after they upgrade their billing system

Thanks, I have been there before. Maybe I will have to close my account with Optus and start a new. i will call them in business hours.
