Modem

Hi,

RE:  ACC: 6 2319 5971 91

I had NBN recently installed.  When the technician came to install...  the new modem hadn't arrived.  So he brought a new one in from his van and used it.  A week later a new modem arrived from Australia Post.  Questions are:  I think I could have been charged twice for this.... and what address do I send the this modem back to?

You'll need to contact our Activations team on 133 937 to discuss the delivery, return and charges around a new modem. They'll be able to look into your account to see what's happened here.
