Modem transfer

Hi everyone, 

Unfortunately I am leaving optus as i cannot connect my building to it. Can I use my optus modem with another provider?

Hi @margiemcj, Yes, your modem should work for data with another provider - this will dependent on what technology you are hoping to use.  You may not be able to use the voice ports if you are wanting VoIP (as it has been password protected from users to stop hacking and fiddling).
