Modem not working

Hi

i have got a problem with my modem. My home phone works alright, it connects to my modem. I can make calls and receive calls. However I have no internet connection. The connection lights near cable at the back of the modem are off. I think the modem is faulty. Is there any way that I can request a new modem pls?

Have you restarted the modem at any stage? Support on the live chat link below would be the best method to get a replacement modem if that's what it needs. You might want to check the second link below for any interruptions in your area before you speak with support.

thank you for your reply. yes i did restart modem,however it looked like the ethernet port was faulty. i have contacted online support and they agreed to send a replacement for that.
