Since friday none of the devices in our house (2 Samsung galaxy mobiles, 2 Samsung galaxy tablets and a laptop) are able to connect to the modem. Ive switched it off several times for varying lengths of time and it appears OK (all lights are green and nothing flashing). Also restarted the devices. Its a netgear modem. Any ides before i try support?

There's a number of things that could be causing the issue.
- Check to see whether there's a WiFi on/off switch on the device.
- Check your Network settings, you may of disabled your WiFi connection
- Login to the modem GUI and confirm whether you've disabled SSID broadcast → Open your browser and go to 192.168.0.1 .
