Modem issues

Internet went down this afternoon when turned back on no lights are on but one red solid light on power anyone tell me what issue Im having ?

Hey Jezza, Have you checked the network status page? What sort of modem is it and are you on cable or adsl?

In my experience most modems that display a solid red power light usually mean a faulty modem or an issue with the modem hardware/firmware

 

First thing I would attempt would be a factory reset (usually by holding down the reset button with a pin/toothpick for 10 secs)

 

You can provide your make and model here for me to look up or you can look up your modem model for the instructions online

 

If no luck maybe see if you can borrow a modem just to test with.
