Hi my devices are able to connect to the wifi no problem however once connected the internet doesn’t actually work. I have restarted my devices and my modem. On the modem the light for the symbol that looks like a down arrow is flashing orange.

This means your cable modem cannot connect into the network, please call Optus on 133 937 or live chat with them via the Optus App to get a fault logged.
