Yesterday afternoon out of nowhere my saegcom modem stopped working. The lights are all lit up on the back where the power and WAN cable is plugged in - but no power or flashing lights on the front. I have tried to reset it but still no luck. I left it off overnight in the hopes that it would "magically" fix itself but no luck!! This is an issue as i work from home...which means no work today!! Can anyone help??
Nope..I have left it off for the day and had to work from a mates place so no solution as yet. Will be taking it into an Optus store and expecting a replacement as i have only been with Optus a few months now... tried all reset solutions the troubleshoot offers but still no luck.
Hi guys! Sorry to hear of the issues with your modems. They tend to be pretty bullet proof so it's concerning to hear of the issues with yours. I don't suppose you've been through any storms that may of surged your modem recently?
