Mobile broadband sim blocked

I have just recieved my new mobile broadband today, got everything set up except for the sim that I needed to activate? That came up as "blocked" and I needed to contact that optus but that hasn't been going through either due to covid 19 which I understand.

I have tried multiple times to call and have been on hold for almost an so I tried another method if messaging but then the optus app isn't working also I have no way of contacting optus to fix this problem and I really need my internet up and running!

@GraceVincent1  Have you tried https://www.optus.com.au/activate

I am an Optus user.
