I have recharged my mobile broadband successfully yesterday but I can't access the internet through the pocket wifi device.
When I text BAL from the device to 9999, the reply correctly shows me credit but I keep getting the page " uh oh, something's wrong".
I have not used the device for nearly 6 months but I guess that if the recharge was successful and it can access the Optus.com.au pages, it should be functional and active.
Any idea where to take it from here would be appreciated.

That does sound odd. If may have become inactive but as you say the recharge still went through.
