Mobile broadband disconnect

Hi,
My optus ac800s modem showing alert “ mobile broadband disconnected” and orange LED blinked. Don’t know how to sort out this issue.

Have you done any troubleshooting?

Following all the troubleshooting guides, the ONLY way to fix the non connection issue it to reset to factory default.
All the trubleshooting and reasoning given by Optus does nothing but cause frustration- even if you go see them in store it is no help.
Just reset to factory default!!!!
