Hi @jbro0140, I'm sorry for the delay in the completion of these works. I've taken a closer look at the Northmead NSW (2152) area and can see that planned maintenance (ref: CHG-C53453) was scheduled to be completed yesterday. However, it appears that these works have had to be extended for infrastructure upgrades. This is scheduled to end on 20-11-2020 at 11:59:00 PM (ref: CHG-C57943).

@jbro0140If you want to get re-imbused aka refunded for the costs between when the outage started and is fixed (includes Belong or Vodafone costs assuming you have proof that the optus script monkey said try a competitor) then make a formal complaint and indicate you want costs to be reimbursed and for any extended future outages. Be aware it will take a while to get sorted. Check woolies and coles online catalog to see if they have any data sims on special at the moment.
