Mobile Home Broadband

I was using home mobile broadband device but I was not satisfied with speed. So I requested for disconnection. Now they sent me 209$ bill. I want to request for some concession in this hard time. For this purpose, I called their helpline today and after 3 hour and 8 minutes of hold, they disconnected my call. Please help me how can I request for discount in bill as last date to pay bill is 1 April. Any idea or email address please.
