Mobile Broadband unused data not rolling over

Hi

I had 27GB of data still left on my prepaid Broadband (365day recharge plan) but decided to buy another 80GB earlier than needed so i wouldn't have to recharge on holidays (expiry was in 2020). When i logged back into my account it is only showing the new 80GB ... it has not carried over my 27GB that i already still had on my account. My plan says i can roll over any unused data up to 50GB so long as its not expired. My expiry was not till 2020 so why did it not roll it over?
